What You Need to Know
Important Dates
Until October 1st, please continue to message your provider through our current Passport portal. After that date, you’ll need to use the new Athena portal to send any messages.

On your first visit with us after October 1st, we will need to update the information and forms we have on file. Please bring your ID and insurance card. You will also be asked to resign the Release of Information and Consent forms.
Accessing Medical Records
You’ll still have access to your medical records in Passport after October 1st, but all messaging will only be available through your new Athena portal after that date.
Downloading the Athena Health App
You can download the Athena app from the App Store or Google Play. Please note you won’t be able to upload your ID and insurance cards through the app until after October 1st, when provider messaging is available.
