During this interactive session, we will share ideas and review a variety of resources to help family caregivers. If you are a family caregiver, or expect to be one in the future, please join us.

Although there are many benefits, engaging in a consistent weekly movement routine might also seem daunting. Knowing what personally is important about movement can greatly improve both motivation and commitment.

In this workshop, participants will explore their current mindset and learn how to make a meaningful and energizing shift toward a healthier relationship with movement that aligns with personal values, motivators, and lifestyle!

Join us for a free, in-person Medicare workshop to learn about Medicare and available plans. You'll learn about Original Medicare Part A and Part B, when and how to sign up, how to avoid penalties, and what Medicare does (and doesn’t) cover. You'll also learn about plan options available in your region, Part C, Part D and Supplements so you can choose the coverage that’s best for you.

Each meeting is hosted by one of our experienced Blue Cross Advisors. A knowledgeable advisor in your area can help you learn about our Medicare plans and find one that’s right for you. Whether you have questions, need guidance or are ready to enroll into a plan, your advisor is there for you.
