Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or just need a moment to reset, these brief, virtual guided sessions will help you recenter yourself, find your footing, and create a little more space for ease outside of the chaos and noise.

Join us. Take a breath. Come back to yourself. Each 30-minute session includes: a brief check in to connect with self and others; a guided breathing, grounding, and recentering practice; a brief check out to transition back into your day with greater calm.
